1. Personalized items (custom orders, names, dates, etc.) cannot be returned and are final sale.
    

2. Refunds are not accepted. If you are not satisfied you can exchange the product for similar or less value. 
    

3. Please keep in mind that all of these items are handmade. Natural "flaws" and/or "imperfections" can be expected. The actual color of item may vary slightly from the photos.
    

4. Southern Pines Leather will not be held liable for any injuries or damages related to the ownership, purchase, use, or contact with Southern Pines Leather products.
    

5. By purchasing or using any Southern Pines Leather product, you agree and consent to these terms of service.
